Excellent Location and Helpful Staff

convenient location friendly staff essential items complimentary coffee

The location was very convenient, offering easy access to transportation. Supermarkets are only a short walk away. The staff members were friendly and helpful. The studio had all the essentials for preparing meals, this included a kettle, toaster, and microwave. I enjoyed the complimentary coffee in the lobby each day, a really nice touch.

The bathroom could use some updating. The grout needs redoing, and there were a few rust spots on the bathtub.

The staff was lovely, offering assistance with directions and recommendations for local restaurants. They stored my luggage securely before check-in and after check-out, I appreciated this service. The reception area always had someone available to answer questions.

There was a charming Italian restaurant right next door, offering delicious meals. The free coffee in the lobby was available all day, a very nice perk. I found several excellent restaurants within a short walk of the hotel.

Decent stay, some issues exist

good location coffee machine useful kitchen broken shower screen damaged bathtub poor condition

The location IS great near bus stops and metro stations. A very good coffee machine resides at the lobby. The kitchen has everything needed for basic cooking. It's very useful. The staff WAS amicable.

I stayed six nights. The photos on the website do NOT reflect the actual room. The bathroom was in very poor condition, with a broken shower screen and a damaged bathtub. The bedroom wardrobe door looked like it was about to fall off ANY time.
